Dean was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much and has made a buying a new car the least stressful part part of what has been a very stressful week. As I live 200 miles away, he offered to do walk around videos of the three cars my with and I were interested in. Upon viewing, it was clear that great attention to detail had been made in their presentation and he was very honest about their condition and any blemishes they had. No pressure sales tactics were used and we were given plenty of time to look around the cars. As the car we chose had an MOT recently done, he was more than happy for us to take it away same day to save another 400 mile round trip. I would definitely buy again from Dean! Thank you again!

The nicest garage I've ever delt with. They were helpful, polite, professional and fairly priced. No question was annoying or too much hassle, and my new car is perfect! Being female i constantly get ignored at garages and they talk straight to my husband, the guys here were the opposite and made me feel very comfortable! Would 100% use them again.

Dean is a real gentleman, lovely to speak with and he goes the extra mile to make sure you are being sold a quality used car that is safe to drive away. He's great at keeping you updated over the phone and on WhatsApp and once I'd spoken to him, I didn't want to buy a car from anyone else!

I drove a 400 mile round trip to get the vehicle, my wife thought I was mad, but after the service we received, and the quality of the car we drove away in, my gut feeling was proved correct.

I cannot recommend this company enough, they are the real deal. I would 100% buy from them again.

Edit: The aftercare from Cozens is absolutely fantastic. The car I purchased presented a couple of issues after a week or so of driving, both of which were covered under warranty. Dean and Ray have been amazingly supportive and patient while we got the issues sorted. Really top company that I would 100% recommend and buy from again.

Recently bought a BMW X4 from Aaron & Cozens Cars. Brilliant service. Great aftercare. Top blokes that go above and beyond to help you throughout the duration of the sales process. I cannot recommend Cozens cars enough. Well worth the 420 mile round trip. I will be back again for my next car without a doubt.

What can i say about this dealership i dont think words can explain how great these guys are. i drove a 200 mile round trip to get a car from them and i can honestly say it was worth it aaron was so helpfull cant say a bad word about these guys they really are worth going to get a car from them i love my new car cant fault it .
